EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES
Outdoor Arena
Stabling
Purpose built 30 horse dutch barn and accompanying 5 stable pony block.
All with excellent light and ventalation. Dutch barn stables all have additional external windows.
Secure Tack Area
All livery clients have use of a secured tack area. Additionally, DIY livery clients can make use of a special storage area for feed and provisions.
Training/Join-up Pen
The training pen can be used for rehabilitating horses, short turnout, join-up or any other form of equestrian training method. The pen has been located on grass but is now avialable on a hard standing all-weather surface.
Arena
The schooling and exercise arena is 70mX40m and comprises and all-weather rubber/sand surface. It is floodlit and there is a range of saftey jumps and poles available.
Hacking
Liveries have access to 140 acres of neighbouring Glentyan Estate. There are also miles of quiet country roads to explore.
Gallop Fields
Gallop fields area available for horse fitness work.
Wash Bay
An horse wash bay is available for your use on the yard.
Trailer/Lorry Park
Secure, trailer and lorry parking is available to all clients of Wardhouse.
Common Area
Wardhouse offers its clients a warm and comfortable heated common area where tea and coffee making facilities are freely available.
